Doug TenNapel - June 2011

Douglas Richard "Doug" TenNapel (born July 10, 1966) is an American animator, writer, illustrator, and musician whose work has encompassed animated television, video games, and comic books. He is best known for creating Cartoon Network's Phibian Mike as well as its animated short called "Mike", a short that was aired as part of Frederator Studios' Tattle Cartoon! show on Boomerang. TenNapel works for Frederator and Cartoon Network Animation Entertainment.

Early workEdit

Before working on a short animation for Frederator's Tattle Cartoon! show, which aired on Boomerang, Doug had an interview with Animondays via the Cartoon Network series Phibian Mike, on July 3, 2011.[1][2] In 2015, Doug worked there with several people who later would join him on the Phibian Mike series. His short was the Phibian Mike animated short called "Mike". This Phibian Mike short was made in 2015.
